Features

One platform from the till to the balance sheet

From the moment the cashier presses Pay until the sale is in the stock ledger and the books.

A fast till in the browser or on a phone

Search by name or barcode, add the items, press Pay — the receipt is recorded with a serial number and printed in under a second, without waiting on anything.

Selling carries on when the line drops

The mobile app saves the sale on the device and sends it as soon as the connection is back, and prices from a catalogue stored on the device. Signing in and the first catalogue download need a connection, and the web till needs one because it runs on the server.

Barcodes and thermal printing

Scan barcodes with the phone camera or a wired scanner, and print the customer slip on a 58 or 80 mm printer in Arabic.

Weighted-average stock

Every sale, purchase, count and transfer between branches is a move in one ledger, and the balance can be rebuilt from it at any time — with sizes and colours of one item, and a carton bought whole and sold by the piece.

Double-entry accounts

A ready chart of accounts, and every sale, purchase, collection and payment is posted automatically. Trial balance, income statement and balance sheet, and the inventory account always equals the stock ledger.

Purchasing and sales

Purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier invoices; quotations and sales orders for companies — from order to delivery to collection, each step knowing the one before it.

Promotions, coupons and loyalty points

A discount on a category, a bundle at a price, buy two get one free, happy hour, coupons, points spent at the till, gift cards and commission marketers — and the till applies them by itself.

Customers, suppliers and their balances

A file for every customer and supplier: purchases, payments and a balance taken from the ledger itself — a statement to print or send, and partial and on-account collection.

Payroll and attendance

Employees, attendance, leave and advances, and a monthly payroll that computes deductions and posts to the books — at rates you set per employee.

Multiple branches and devices

Every branch with its own stock and tills, every till with its own numbering, and a cashier tied to their till — with reports per branch or for the whole company.

Permissions and roles

Owner, manager, cashier and accountant — and roles you write yourself, screen by screen. Everyone sees only what is theirs, and is never offered a screen they may not open.

Reports, alerts and integration

Ready-made reports and a report builder with grouping, filters and CSV export, alerts on what needs your attention, a REST API for your existing system, and item and customer import from a file.
